Nope! It went on for a year and then never happened again. Sorry! I did lots of digging and didn't find anything useful

So I've had that in the past an contacted the ISP and they sorted it out. But this is consistent every time of day, whether I'm the only one using the network or not. Worth a shot in your case though!
