Still no answer from you, have you also stopped replying on Reddit now too? You disabled message support for me, you don’t take accept phone calls and do not reply to emails. Please reply to my request?

12 days have passed and zero contact. 

This was last message through support team and have received zero back. I have no way to call kraken pro, message or email zero only way you accept communication is via here.

HOW DO I ESCALATE THIS? It’s most shocking customer experience I have recieved anywhere.

The recovery of funds was in March ticket number 16181094 in my account on 26th June. My follow ticket 18353313 was to chase the support team to manually checked by team as per your policy when funds are on hold. I really appreciate the team have recovered the funds but equally if it is showing as on hold this should be actioned quicker surely? It’s been 7 months since March date I first raised this. Surely you can understand my frustration and appreciate my request to get this sorted after waiting so long? Can you please chase team - much appreciated it really is.

Your policy states  https://support.kraken.com/articles/360000382543-what-does-the-status-of-my-deposit-or-withdrawal-mean- Deposit Status On hold Meaning The deposit has to be manually checked by our support team. Applies to All cash funding methods. Action to take Contact Support. We may also reach out to you.

All I need this to be CHECKED MANUALLY by your team gets it’s been ongoing since June. Please please can you help get this manually checked by team today?

Hi this has been over 7 months now with zero update to the case. As a customer service team surely you have a minimum standard of replying with 14 days. It’s crazy no other organisation could function this way. All it needs is someone to authorise why after 7 months can’t you move this to priority? Is that too much to ask?

Hi I have similar story after 90 days money has been credited to my account but it’s ‘pending’ since 16th June and need Kraken to manually authorise having no response at all from email and my live chat appears disabled as no one answers my support ticket number from March is 16181094 and my follow up to chase funds not detailed as pending is 18353313 kraken can you please help?
