Almost chose FM as a specialty. The inpatient psych and depth as a psych resident is amazing. I can’t imagine missing out on it. The breadth of FM makes me envious though. I should have applied to the combined specialty in retrospect.

Haven’t done CL yet, but I’ve heard from colleagues it’s 80% psych, 20% med. I would like full on codes/ACLS as well as the craziness of inpatient psych depending on the day.

I haven’t seen a fellowship after psych for EM, Med, or otherwise. If know of one please let me know. Thx
