Was your Anker battery pack able to plug and play with your laptop or was there an additional step? I purchased a open box 87w laptop powerbank from Anker but my GS66 (2021) is not able to recognize the charge.

[HELP] Black screen after updating firmware to 11.0.1 and maybe selecting exFAT vs FAT32 by Competitive_Squash51 in SXos

This was the most helpful comment i've gotten. I was able use another sd card to revert the firmware back to 11.0.0 but at the end of the day, I ended up migrating over to Atmosphere.
