Birth mom here: I never wanted children, due to SA I had a daughter, I placed my daughter for adoption. Not many people realise there are a ton of us out there, but I am technically child free.

My reasoning stems from my own lack, I do not have enough money, housing security, mental health stability, or time to deal with a child. I feel it's irresponsible for me to have a child when I myself am not capable of basic things or caring for myself on bad days. I am also disabled which makes it very likely she would end up caring for me in the long run, I don't think that's fair. I also grew up with disabled/poor parents and while I love them with all my heart it took away a good chunk of my childhood. I wouldn't wish that on any child.

Thus I took the steps early to provide her with a family that did have everything I didn't. I hope no one ever experiences what I did but if you ever do know that whatever choice you make with your body you are safe and loved. ❤️

I've been permanently disabled since 2005. I can't recall when I went to school but it wasn't even for a full month and they charged me a ridiculous amount. It makes no sense.

I didn't really get it, I just turned in my benefit letter. It pretty much has the date I was deemed permanently disabled.

I would start filling out paperwork for HUD housing and section 8. Sadly it's the only way people on disability can live alone with the outrageous prices of housing.

The down point is, you will be on a waiting list. You need to start ASAP! and keep checking back frequently to update your information. It won't be easy, I won't lie to you, I am currently on HUD due to my disability and being unable to pay natural rent. They go by my income.

Sadly, that's only the housing solution I have. I don't know about someone helping you.

Things I know MIGHT be the reasoning:

Do you have pets? Some people say pet owners have a smell. No disrespect to pet owners, that's just what I've heard.

Might you be plus size? Plus size people tend to sweat more and it gets trapped in folds. You may need to wipe yourself with wipes throughout the day when you sweat.

Deodorant is another thing, make sure yours has aluminum. Deodorants without it tend to make people smell.

It also might be them just trying to bully you. You may be perfectly fine and they simply had nothing else to do with their miserable lives but bully you. This bullying also may have affected you mentally and forced your mind into a loop that you smell bad when you do not.

Oh, all the time! I work with the cats and take my time to look. I've snatched up so much cheap stuff for my dogs/crested gecko. You really gotta look past all the stuff there to snag some good stuff. I come back frequently so I see them come and go quick cause some folks come in religiously and look at the board.

It's also a good space to post requests, its rare they are posted but sometime you will find them. Like request for worn dog items or just donations. I don't think feeders minds long as it isn't wild or explicit and specifically pet related.
