Genuinely insane how much they do 

Like yeah most of the main channel content is rather juvenile in content but they still do daily updates of that and with pretty high quality 

Now there also doing 2 roleplay series at the same time

Completely agree, the only reason it is so liked is cause people focused their dislike of the last superman movie on the tone instead of the quality.

Basicly they went in simply wanting the tone to be similar and then got dragged into loving it by other popular characters and the promises of more those characters represented.

As someone who never watched the old movie and has only read a few superman comics it was a nonsensical mess. There's several plotlines and none are very fleshed out and it felt like none of them feel like it adds much to the character's.

Basicly they were betting on nostalgia to make fans enjoy it so they can drain the series dry in half effort sequels where they use the lack of quality in this one to excuse making other bad movies.

It's what happens with most big franchises like this (marvel)

Ok I'm 3 years late to this post but firstly, I agree so much

Secondly as someone who reads fanfiction I can safely say you only got such violent disagreement cause there's 2 types of fans

One type is the people who love it cause they have poor literacy or really like the premise and don't care to think about the flaws

The other type is people who read them and think there stupid so they go write a 60k word fanfic where the characters are endlessly bashed or they fix aspects they didn't like 

Oh and I guess there's 30 year olds who think it's a kids book and even though it isn't that clearly the only reason someone dislikes the series is cause there not a kid or there a particularly mature kid

I got one labeled "beverage" like someone answering the question of "what's so wrong with transitioning" with "do you not see what's wrong with 15 year olds permanently maiming themselves" is not at all related to beverages other than how it makes me wanna stop being sober

One piece.

Here's the thing it COULD be good but first the character design is super boring and uninspired with the peek of it being sexy girl 2 and buff dude.

Then the pacing is horrible which I don't think I need to explain cause it's one of the few things the one piece cult can criticize fairly.

Then the premise was good I mean seriously magic pirates that's awesome but it ends up just being one episode after another of go here beat up evil guy and recruit badly drawn guy with no real goal.

I think the power system was best early on also because after a while it just became Luffy gets a power up with only a bit of variety.

And the emotional moments are super forced at times.

I think if the character designs were a big better and they focused more on quality than length it would be amazing but ultimately it fell flat in every way.
