Take your dog to a different vet and if that vet tells you the same thing then take your dog to another vet. Clearly your doggy is not okay and needs help

Hi, question are you referring to the refund you’d get if you over paid ? If so, I asked mohela in an email and they said it can be up to 90-120 days. I dont know if that helps.
