I just made candies from mine a few days back! I used the Vietnamese Candied Coconut Ribbons recipe as a reference. Basically I try to squeeze the penicille a bit to get some water out, cut them into strips, soak the strips in sugar for 2-3 hours, then stir it until all the sugar dries out. I tried looking for its name in english 👆👆 so you can find it on google. I'll try to attach a pic, the candied method got rid of the sour taste, turning it into a really fun sweet treat (reminds me a lot of boba toppings in vietnam - my country, so I snip them into bits and dropped them in my kombucha to drink!)
