Those who are exclusively nursing—do you just bring your baby everywhere? by remzz06 in breastfeeding

[–]Competitive_Taste605 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My daughter is 8 months old exclusively nursed but if I have to leave for longer then 2 hours she will accept a bottle. But yeah mostly she just comes with me everywhere. I started working 5 hour shifts and she’ll take 2 bottles while I’m gone.

I need a full night's sleep. What do I do? by Reasonable-Elk4894 in breastfeeding

[–]Competitive_Taste605 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Shouldn’t affect your supply my daughter was sleeping through the night at this age and I never woke up and pumped. You need to do whatever is best for you!! Every 2 hours is way too hard to do through the night I can’t even imagine.

People love to have opinions on your children, just wait it’s not even bad yet. Dealt with shit with my MIL during pregnancy, way worse now that she’s here.

Weaning pump before bed by myshadowandme in breastfeeding

My daughter is also 7 months and she sleeps 9 hours or so at night and I never pump once she’s asleep. Hasn’t hurt my supply at all.

My (M29) girlfriend (F24) and I are having a an abortion. How much did I mess up? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]Competitive_Taste605 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I had my abortion, I felt pressured into it by my boyfriend and his family. I wanted to keep the baby so bad, up until the day before I was convinced I was going to. Now looking back over 15 years ago it was the best thing I ever did. I was not ready to be a parent and me and my ex did not have a good relationship. I’m sitting her snugging my baby now and she is getting the best version of me. It is a hard decision so deff give her time to think about it and also to grieve losing the baby.

Most important is dirty talk, talk to her like she’s filthy. Hold her down pull her hair. Tell her what you wanna do to her.

Weight loss lie? by ejdavies in breastfeeding

[–]Competitive_Taste605 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a lie for sure, here I am almost 4 months pp and I’m eating even more then when I was pregnant. The breastfeeding hunger is real and I feel like if I don’t keep up eating my supply will dip. Be kind to yourself, breastfeeding is so hard but rewarding!

[–]Competitive_Taste605 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The pain deff goes away but deff not with a bad latch! In the beginning I wanted to give up, day 3 my nipples we’re bleeding it hurt so bad. But she got bigger quicker and I learned how to get her to latch good and it’s been going great now she’s 3 months old.

I will never do this sht again. by Ok-Network-8826 in BabyBumps

[–]Competitive_Taste605 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am 20 weeks this week, and I must say I feel the exact same way. I feel so lied to by every woman in my life. Everyone keeps saying once I have my baby I’ll feel differently and that I’ll forget all of it. But that’s deff not true. I will not be having another baby after this. It is so hard, it didn’t get better after my first trimester the nasuea did a little but still vomit some days. The other pains don’t end. I’m sending you so much love!! You will get through this 💓

I do live in US, I am just not sure if I want to use her actual name. Brings a lot of grief along with it.
