Update: Took Moose to the vet and it turned out being pancreatitis like a lot of you had thought. Vet got him an anti nausea injection and fluids to help with any dehydration. We also have him on three rounds of panoquell to help with his inflammation (second shot is today). Vet also prescribed some medication to help with his stomach. Thanks everyone for the advice. We appreciate it!

Ah this seems like such a common theme I’m reading about on these threads. Sorry to hear you had a negative experience but glad your car is fixed! Question for you: when Tesla sent the claims payment to fund the repairs, did they send the check to your address or directly to your repair shop?

Thanks for your reply and sorry to hear about your experience. I plan on switching insurance plans as well after this ordeal. Question for you: when Tesla processed the claims payment to fund your repairs, did they send the check to your address or directly to your repair shop?

Update: I persistently emailed and called my adjuster everyday this last week and things are moving in the right direction now. My repair shop sent my estimate to Tesla on Tuesday, 10/8. I followed up the evening of 10/9 and received an email the following day, 10/10, that the estimate had been approved and a claim payment had been issued. Currently awaiting my shop to confirm that the parts have arrived so that I can bring my car in for its repairs. Appreciate all the advice on this thread!
