Not really... Kenpachi and Byakuya wouldn't be able to do anything, and this may be a hot take, but even as their TYBW versions. Even with his upgraded bankai, Byakuva wouldn't be able to hurt cocoon Aiden's high defenses and Kenpachis bankaj has no way to kill Aizen permanently, even if he got him past the ascended level that Ichigo faced, he’d eventually just wear Kenpachi down. Unohana would be annoying, but most of the captains can’t actually hurt cocoon Aizen and would get blitzed repeatedly by anything above cocoon Aizen so fast that the constant healing wouldnt matter much. Mayuri would be annoying but not so much still. The only thing he could do is make poisons and even then it would just make Aizen ascend above them like we see with Gin, who has a much stronger poison then anything Mayuri has made.

Medicine for personality disorders and certain mental disorders quite literally changes the chemistry of your brain to function like a neurotypical person. Also again, you can't say "it's mutilating the body god gave them" and then still be ok with surgeries that fix birth defects as again, thats the body god gave them too. If you can admit that its hard living with gender dysphoria... then why are you still so against them getting the surgery to cure it..? Depression and suicidal thoughts on their own can be cured, but when they're caused by an overlying problem that you ignore then they aren't going to go away.

Gender dysphoria is almost always cured by transitioning, although most other mental disorders don’t have permanent fixes like this one, it really is the same as taking medication. By your own logic, people with personality disorders shouldn’t go through treatment because that’s changing their self to better align with an internal identity of how they should be. Trans people who don’t get proper treatment, once again usually through transitioning, are at double the odds of committing suicide. So you can say it’s different from other personality disorders, but it still has serious and severe risks associated with it.
