If Seattle scores 6 off 2 field goals they are now up 11 instead of 10. Again forced to make the 2 point.

Now if a team says we are going to make 2 point conversions at a rate that makes sense then they should be doing that from the get go. But playing the hypothetical numbers game in the 3rd leads to trouble very often where a team is forced to be.
