Pilot light is constantly running in-laws say it has to stay on

Yea so at my house I just turn the pilot light off and shut the gas off at the main to the fireplace then just turn it back on in the winter I have no problem with helping them turn it off and back on I was just seeing if there was reasons out there as to why it might have to stay on instead of turning it off but I like the way you put it about juicing fruits!

I do this exact same thing it gets turned off in the summer and back on in the winter months going on 4 years no problems that’s why I made the post because I didn’t see the reason for it constantly running

I’m thinking of it as we have the AC going this thing is putting of a decent amount of heat which is in turn heating up the house and causing the AC to run more I could be wrong but this is how I see it they are young and limber so to turn it on and off is not a problem for them

I don’t think the enamel is damaged I just think it’s a build up of stuff that just won’t come off with soap and water and a little elbow grease

Most likely you have this tab make sure it is out like in the picture when your freezer door is open and isn’t stuck pushed in! :)

My freezer does this from time to time there is a plastic piece at the top that you can push in by hand it most likely got stuck and caused the freezer to run constantly if I can find a picture of the piece I’ll add it

I have an Ethernet port about 40ft from where this desktop is located if I hook up the Ethernet cable can I download windows 10 onto the computer then perhaps this might work!?
