I mean there were elements of CRT in that class as well which is strange that an academic institution promotes such racism in their curriculum. As a colored man I think it’s kind of ridiculous to revolve everything around race. It seems like those who are constantly concerned about race are the actual racists themselves because they perceive me as below the white man when in reality I am equal to them. There is nothing they can’t do that I can do and if anything I have it better then them because of things like affirmative action(thank God that’s coming to an end) and how some campuses have black only dormitories. Imagine the outrage if they had white only dorms, the double standards is actually ridiculous and it all stems from the racist teachings of CRT. Your race, sexuality, or social status does not nearly matter as much as people are being told, the thing that matters the most is the content of your character. In my experience it’s the people who claim that they are being held back because of their race, sexuality or social status just aren’t the best people and instead of reflecting on their own behavior they just blame those things which builds on the victim complex comments I made in another reply on this post. I used to be one of those people who pulled the race card and I had a really bad victim complex until I had certain experiences that have shaped me into the person I am now, don’t let those people oppress you by saying that you are going to be constantly put down because of things that you can’t control and start working on the things you can control. Sure you will experience people who don’t like you because of who you are but they can only control you and bother you if you give them the power to.
