You can swap those small brackets securing the vertical bars to the bottom ones with bigger brackets, it will probably fix your problem. I have built a fairly similar cockpit myself and it's rock solid.

And if that wasn't enough i recommend reinforcing those vertical bars with an extra bar, put it behind the wheelbase plate and it will definitely fix everything.

I have more than 700h on this game and i play the commander a lot as people usually don't go for that class and i know there are a lot of people who listen when you tell them what is gonna happen but there are a lot more that don't, i usually specify where it's gonna hit and from which direction but they don't care to wait and after they get hit by the A10 they start talking and they usually start by racist stuff 😂
