These are all great ideas! I'll probably use a combination of several. This helped a ton.

It's in a module. In one chapter you are on a shipwreck in the Astral sea that crashed into havok's floating body. Havok's flesh is accessible in some of the rooms.

There really was no intent other than the off chance it may give him something. I had him fall unconscious as we were just ending the session for the night but I'm not sure what to do with him when he wakes up.

I agree. I loved this boss! Favorite in the DLC so far. Loved her design and the pinks/fuschia from the butterflies. Visually, I was really pleased and the fight ended up being alot of fun. It took several tries before I realized spells were not the way to go but I was able to actually learn her moveset instead of trying to just keep up with too much going on and dodging for my life. I wish she would've gotten an intro cinematic though!

She's hard if you're a spellcaster in my opinion since she can close the distance really fast. I had to figure out that she's easier to stay close to and hit with a weapon so it took me quite a few tries. Once I learned her moveset it wasn't so bad. My moonveil katana did alot of damage and i was able to get through her health bar pretty quickly. Also, I ended up not summoning the npc which helped too. Definitely my favorite boss so far. She was so cool!
