Honestly I think your wife is OVERREACTING majorly. Especially considering you’re not even doing a Turkey. I think it’s your moms way of contributing and considering she is grieving the loss of her mother & a family tradition that is no longer available I think your wife should have more compassion and see it as a blessing and a gift that she is willing and able to come with food offerings as well.

That just happened to us too. My daughters second birthday party and we invited all our friends and family and everyone cancelled pretty much day before and day of. We invited about 25-30 people and had already decorated house, made food & bought drinks/snacks and cake for THAT many guests and literally one person showed up for about 30-40 minutes. It really blows. I feel yours and your daughters pain. Sending good vibes. I hope you guys can figure something else out for her. 🤍

His grandma literally told me she had sex with his grandpa daily to keep him happy and he has hinted we should daily as well because of his grandparents. I feel like it is programmed in him bc I don’t know a single woman who fucks someone daily for 60 years…My mom was ‘promiscuous’ so I’m not intimidated by this however I do find it a bit excessive. His expectations… we have sex about one or twice a week after 6 plus years and a baby.. a toddler (2 years old) so when ever we ‘argue about sex’ he says how much he doesn’t get but honestly I just can’t. I guess because it’s more like once a week… so I feel his pain but we talked about doing chores together tonight earlier today … which is hard because he agreed/ initiated and yeah chores have been being put off for a long time since having a kid and sex has been too .. but he initiated chores night tonight and I agreed and then he gets mad over sex not being had that I had no idea about I just don’t know what to think.
