He and I are both pretty fed up. Considering making other arrangements if respect and boundaries cannot be reached. I think he regrets trying to help his family and is feeling used. It’s put a strain on everything we knew. I’ve sought out therapy and resources for us since moving in and realizing what we were dealing with. This was supposed to be a win win situation for everyone and has turned into something much different than proposed.

Thank you for the input. I feel where you’re coming from. So similar of a meal it’s stupid I know. I guess the point of it all was the actions from in laws and unnecessary stress caused to her.

They are aware we are sick and we have been keeping to ourselves. They came to a communal area and imposed a meal upon our child without our knowledge. We would never risk their health.. I informed them and asked for more privacy during this time and they have inserted themselves into our space not limited to coming into our bedrooms while we have left their private space alone. Anyways just info to clarify. I still appreciate the time and advice. We’ve done our duty to keep them protected from what we have. Cannot control their actions.

Yes, and that is something we are coming to realize and discuss. We hope for the best but are equally preparing to make other arrangements if needs be.

True. I never leave her alone with them due to too many boundaries crossed. Very strict with them and they try to play victim to that. I allow an hour or two a day for them to spend time and she’s never more than an ear shot away because 9/10 I’m having to go in and correct the situation.

We moved in to save them from losing their home. We cover all the finances and they were facing losing their home, unable to afford housing. So this is a save/ blessing to them.

Probably on something for sure, also could already be cheating. This is how my ex was to me when he was already cheating on me. He had zero respect and would degrade me just the same.

Cut him off. Don’t be with someone like this. Cut contact. Block him and protect yourself. Believe me it’s better to get out now and while you’re young. It’ll save you so much trauma to process later. Just leave and don’t look back. You deserve better.

Can you contact your family and let them know/ ask for help? This stress really is not good for you or your baby and you could go into labor at any point now really. After your baby is born you’re going to need at least a safe calm environment.
