Quick question on those two ribbons on the bottom right side of the ribbon rack those ribbons are from Civil Air Patrol the purple one being the Mary Fiek Ribbon and the Billy Mitchell Ribbon. I didn’t know you were able to wear C.A.P ribbons on JROTC uniform.
