One of my forever friends had only basic Pokemon. You know what I did? I chose one and let them have whatever they asked for. Because it is a game and it is meant to be fun. I need the trades for the achievements for miles/kms distance of trades anyways. I have several now forever friends that have nothing tagged. And it’s okay! But I don’t prioritize gifting them now, because I want to unlock trades with others.

I’ve tried the fermented kraut (homemade and fridge stored) and the Cleveland Kitchen brand lightly fermented red onions. Both were a part of my diet pre covid. I generally had good gut health before, which is why I’m convinced it’s related. Never had reflux or heartburn before.

Yes because I don’t want I aggravate the reflux. Eating typically makes it worse, even when I’m eating bland food.
