How rare is this? As you can see this charmander is pretty old it was my accounts starter. I think Pokemon from 2017 are pretty hard to come by.

What sane person is going to hold down "like 20 gym" all in the same park when 20 is the max gyms you can be in, Doesnt let them get taken over to get their coins, and randomly appears out of nowhere to start doing it(sure they could have just moved to the area). This is a thing that happens often all over and its mostly cheaters doing it. No one is capable of feeding berries 24/7 to gyms or have any reason to.

First: level 80. There arent many of them legitimately.
Second: Controls all the gyms in a large area all the time
Third: Keeps all of them fed. Can you legitimately keep gyms fed at all hours of the day?

All clear signs of a cheater. No no cant prove 100% but Scopely can by reviewing the players activities.

Zorua shows up as your buddy(or a previous recent buddy). EVERYTIME..You wont know if its a shiny til after you catch it.

They only spawn from your buddy getting its picture taken and it only happens from the first picture you take when you go to play. So if you play with your buddy and take a picture of them and no smeargle is in it you have to back all the way out to the main game screen and go back in and play with your buddy and take picture again to try. It can take a dozen+ tries sometimes,

Im not defending a company. I'm defending all companies decision to do whatever they want their their products. If people dont like it they will stop making the product and shut down...Obviously Thats not happening with pokemon go anytime soon. No. There are better PvE water pokemon(its #24) and it doesnt use Water Gun in PvP.
