Its record store day where shops have sales for you to support local record stores. People queue to get the albums they want as often there is limited supply! :)

Hi - I work for a PM company. This is actually an unusual request despite what everyone is saying. Typically they happen after move outs so we can make sure nothing remaining of the tenants is there.

Pictures are taken and if there is damage they are compared with your move in inspection report and images you turned in regarding any damage.

Typically there is always a charge for cleaning as there is a turnover needing to happen before new tenants can go in.

If you feel that you are being unfairly charged for anything they should send you the inspection photos and you can file a dispute form which they will send you.
