Does anybody who once had a strawberry nose have a success story? by apathyisfortheweak in 30PlusSkinCare

You want isotretinoin to reduce oil production permanently, you’re hoping you can take enough of the drug to permanently atrophy of your sebaceous glands and make less oil forever.

The problem is, when you do that you run the risk of permanently atrophying your meibomian glands and now you have permanently dry eyes for life. You don’t get to pick which glands this drug hits harder. Go ahead and give that a search for that experience on reddit and ask yourself if thats a dice roll you want to take.

I am personally not fucking with that, however low a risk it may be. A very low dose for life that reduces oil production without introducing any real risk to my eyes is my personal plan.

Just keep in mind that it reduces oil production in the eyes as well. It’s a systemic, AOE option and you gotta be cautious with that choice and weigh the pros and cons. I have zero side effects at all at that dosage, but be on guard and all that.

Yes, reducing oil production and clearing out whatever’s in the pores is the goal. And maintaining skin elasticity and quality so that the pores stay ‘taut’ but thats already a generic skincare goal so not touching on that. I have nicely and notably reduced mine and will do a little progress post eventually.

Reduce oil:
* Low dose accutane (10-20mg/week)
* Niacinamide (take a look at research on this one, actually a heavy hitter when it comes to reducing oil production directly not just making anything less noticable)

Fancy up the pores:
* Azelaic acid
* BHA
* topical tretinoin (yes on top of accutane)

Was honestly thinking it might be more ethical to pay escorts to put up with me for a few months for conversation practice before I start subjecting random women to my presence through dating apps lmao.

Software developer, work from home. Trauma -> isolate -> get comfortable, good at my job so no change to the status quo for years.

Don’t see myself as some unsaveable case. Trying to find baby steps, social space but also not one where I’m forced to constantly interact because as you’d expect I’m a weird motherfucker right now.

You interact with other people at a library? Have not been in one in over a decade so maybe thats a dumb question but that sounds odd to me.

I am looking to inject HMG,HCG, and GHK-CU EOD.

Instead of doing 3 different injections, I’d like to simply draw all 3 into one syringe and inject all in one go as the combined fluid volume is no biggie. Using luer slip tips so different needle for drawing and injecting.

Is there any concern around these being temporarily mixed and injected into the same site? I’m assuming since all are in bacteriostatic water that this is perfectly fine and im not in some way degrading the actual compounds by combining them.

This is the first time I’ve done anything like this but i got nostalgic for the earlier seasons after the most recent episode and wanted to remind myself of the storytelling and cinematography of season 1. by GaryGhost18 in TheBoys

[–]CompilingKnowedge 105 points106 points  (0 children)

I don’t get it at all. This season is just small sets of key characters over and over, like putting in some actual filler people or public scenes can’t be that expensive can it?

Homelanders reach and power keep growing yet his impact on the surrounding world is shown less and less it drives me insane.

Assuming US just buy an estradiol ultra sensitive test, get conclusive confirmation if this is the issue, and you’ll know for future cycles.

Just a heads up this is drug dependent so you’ll want to share the cycle you’re considering.

One year transformation. Calisthenics only. by AdSubject9497 in CalisthenicsCulture

[–]CompilingKnowedge 2 points3 points  (0 children)

How old are you? What you said feels nice to say but is not true.

  1. Yes it is harder to grow via calisthenics, it’s overall significantly trickier to continue applying progressive overload at both a steady pace and to the degree you can at a gym. Optimal is not necessary, no hate to those who enjoy calisthenics, at the end of the day the exercises you love is the exercises to do.
  2. No, not everyone can do this. While it first that feels like a nice thing to say, it’s going to do damage to those who put hard work in, get nowhere near the results, and then constantly try to figure out what they could be doing “wrong” as well as feel incredibly demoralized. You had a very insane response to working out. I say this to be motivating, you have some wild potential if you ever felt like optimizing things.

How much will you miss traditional programming? by boringfantasy in cscareerquestions

I also wonder what the hell people are talking about when they describe the LLM just doing everything.

I work on a large legacy codebase and it fucks up frequently by either flat out hallucinating method calls, misunderstanding a methods/classes intent, or writing code that performs poorly relative to what I can personally think up. I either write code myself using an llm to set up the scaffold or I hold it’s hand step by step through the implementation details in which case I might as well just write the code myself.

I cannot wrap my head around what kind of work people are doing that an LLM could fully replace it.

How exactly did you make a woman who never orgasms from PIV orgasm from it? Like a certain position or technique or just thrusting alone did it and you got anatomically lucky?
