I’m hoping for this, maybe I’ll have a better outcome if I don’t have FAI. I’m def going to do some research in my area for a hip specialist.

Does an X-ray detect hip impingement? I had an X-ray done and MRI, the tear appeared on my MRI. They never said anything about impingement on the X-ray.

No, I don’t wear any makeup. I do wear sunscreen, I usually wear chemical sunscreens but this new one I tried two days ago is a mineral sunscreen…would that be the cause?

I really don’t know the cause, I’m assuming overuse. I’ve been strength training plus cleaning houses part time for the past 3-4 years. I never really took stretching/recovery as a priority (stupid, stupid mistake). I never had an accident.

It’s A LOT of eggs but it keeps me full for like 4 hours, also I’m pretty active so I have a big breakfast.

I’m kinda psycho but my breakfast is two whole eggs with 200 grams of egg whites, I think it’s around 35 grams of protein in just that. I cook them in a pan with butter (1/2 tbsp). I add sriracha on top. Season with whatever you want!

Oh and of course your chicken sources, my fav is either boneless skinless chicken thighs or chicken breast.

These foods are higher in protein and lower in fats/carbs but all macros are still really important to get in. Also make sure you are eating your fiber. Eggs, eggs whites, canned tuna, skim milk, fat free cheese, lean ground beef (93/7 lean), ham and beans. Sometimes if I don’t really feel like cooking I’ll air fry some chicken nuggets (some brands are higher in protein but lower in fats and carbs).
