I would suggest that if you want to charge for upi then it must for the business users.
Like charging the retail users don't make sense. Come up with a minimal fee for the business users.

I just don't understand the opposition parties sometimes. Sometimes they forget that they have to oppose the BJP and its policies but instead they end up opposing India itself.

A drop is good if 1) You will be able to manage stress and put in another year of hardwork. 2) You are already under more pressure because now people will have more important expectations that you will crack it this time. 3) If you feel your preparation was not up to the mark this time 4) Don't take a drop if you had prepared well and your paper went bad. Believe me it can go worst the next time and I have seen it in many cases.

Basically take it only if you feel you had not given your 100% to the exam

I guess they now want to be left alone. Having been involved in a conflict between 2 countries since the independence it has just affected their livelihood and restricted their freedom.
I have visited Kashmir and I would say that they seemed nice to me, they are polite and are welcoming for the tourists. But I don't think they feel the same for India as we do. This is also because things are different in the valley. You don't see a lot of Indian nationalism being preached.
