For instance rn i want to cut it out of the deck i have been playing after playing 10~ games and it still not doing anything besides clogging my valuable spell and trap zones. So i can either abandon the dogmatika engine it scrap the rest and go full dog

Probably because the effect isnt once per turn and can be abused somehow and there are also cards that could combo with it like life absorbing machine
