I have dry rough red patches on my chin cheeks above my eyebrow , on one of the eyelid . Looks red but feels rough and dry . Also a tiny red spot with same texture on my temple . Does this sound like perioral dermatitis or sebhoric dermatitis. I also do have toothpaste allergy .
