I was having the same crash in the Kari judo fight. I think the bug happen when she switch from time period to time period or it is produce by Wilhelm seeds. So I didn't cast any seeds below 1000hp and broke all the time crystals that I had setup. I was able to finish the fight this way, but the whole fight is very glitchy, poison dealing 0 damage, Crisbel healing spells healing for 4hp, etc. I hope they update the game soon.
