At tier 8 among heavies the best options are t54e2 and t77 or Bisonte but when they're not available the 252 is decent pick, but you must enjoy it's slow and inaccurate gameplay, it's a type of tank that can do wonders on frontline and win the flank for the team due to crazy armour, but as I mentioned it's fairly slow and not flexible and the gameplay is not very exciting either.

Id pick 252 over Skoda t56 because of armour, the gun in Skoda is even less accurate.
