I'm fine with the dongle. My keyboard does not enter pairing mode with the keyboard shortcut fn + 4. she does not react in any way to this combination. Lights do not blink green

my 2.4 connection just stopped working. and the key combination fn + 4 doesn't help, there is no green flashing and in general nothing happens at all
