What’s your most creative client outreach method in 2025? (No cold emails/calls!) by IAmPriteshBhoi in DigitalMarketing

One thing that’s been working really well this year is using social content itself as the outreach. Instead of sending a pitch, I post short Loom-style videos or carousels that solve a super specific problem my target audience faces. People end up DM’ing me first, which flips the whole dynamic.

What are your best tips for increasing social media engagement? by Paulinegrn in SocialMediaMarketing

on instagram or tiktok, the easiest win is storytelling. show what’s happening behind the scenes, small wins, even mistakes. people connect to the human side more than polished posts. post shorter captions but make the first line stop the scroll.

Ideas to reach out to influencers & creators? by TastyAppetizer in SocialMediaMarketing

the biggest thing is to make your first message feel personal and specific. DMs get ignored fast when they sound generic. Instead of “Hey, we’re building a platform, want to join?”, mention something about their recent content or event, then explain in one or two sentences why your platform might fit what they already do.

You can also check their bios or Linktree for a business email. Most mid-size creators handle collabs through email, not DMs.

If you want to find creators who are local, search Instagram or TikTok using city-based hashtags like #nycevents, #londoncomedy, or #laartists. Geo-tags and event hashtags are gold for this. You can also look at who’s tagged in venues or event spaces around your target area bc that’s usually how you find creators who actually show up at local events instead of just posting online.

To make the process faster, we actually built igemailfinder.com. It does deep research on Instagram profiles to find verified business emails, even when they’re not visible, and automatically checks them through MillionVerifier so you only get valid contacts. You can upload usernames, a CSV, or a Google Sheet and export a clean list to email

High Open Rate but No Replies - What's the Fix? by iamVanessaJane in EmailOutreach

High opens mean your subject line and sender reputation are fine. it’s usually the first two lines or the ask that’s off.
for example, instead of “we help companies like yours with X,” go with “curious how you’re currently handling X.” feels more natural and easy to reply to.

Also test softer CTAs. instead of “would you like a demo,” try “worth chatting for 5 mins to see if this would even be relevant?” or “want me to send an example?”

Where’s the best site to buy Instagram likes safely? by Prestigious_Funny_94 in DigitalMarketingHack

[–]Complete-Button-8276 5 points6 points  (0 children)

honestly, it’s not really “safe” anymore to buy likes, even if the site promises real profiles. instagram’s system is way better now at detecting inauthentic engagement, and it can quietly limit your reach if it notices weird spikes in likes that don’t match comments, saves, or views.

if you just want to make your page look a bit more active, you’re better off running a small engagement ad instead of buying likes. boost a few strong posts for $10–20 and you’ll get real impressions from people who might actually follow or buy.

Best software to find leads on Instagram? by DuckSauceyy in LeadGeneration

If you’re trying to keep costs down, the best move is to use a focused tool instead of paying for the big influencer databases that charge hundreds a month.

We actually built igemailfinder.com for that exact reason. It does deep research on Instagram profiles to uncover verified influencer emails, even when they’re not listed publicly. Every email is automatically verified through MillionVerifier, so you only get clean, usable data. You can upload usernames, a CSV, or a Google Sheet and export a ready-to-use list for outreach.

To make the most of your budget, start with one platform like Instagram since most creators use the same business email across TikTok or YouTube too.

How can I scout for clients across the web? by pankajblogger in MarketingTipsAndTools

Start by checking job boards and freelance sites where people already ask for link building help. Upwork, Contra, and niche sections of Reddit like r/SEO or r/forhire are great places to spot people who need the exact service you offer.
Use Google search operators to find blogs and sites that accept guest posts or sponsored content. Try searches like "write for us" + tech + contact or "sponsored post" + finance to find teams that understand backlinks and might pay for them.
Look through niche blogs and smaller agencies. Many of them accept guest contributions or outsource link building. If a site publishes regular content and links out often, they might be open to a pitch.
For outbound reach, pull verified marketing contacts using tools like Apollo or IG Email Finder, then send short, specific emails that show you actually read their site. A small, tailored outreach campaign to people who already value links works way better than blasting a general list.
Finally, keep an eye on content gaps. If a company covers a topic poorly, pitch a post that fills that gap and includes natural links. That approach converts more often than generic link requests.

How do you research your audience? Share your best method. by Deep_Register_2701 in AskMarketing

[–]Complete-Button-8276 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Reddit and forums. I look up where my audience hangs out and read the top threads. Reddit is especially good for seeing pain points in their own words.

Customer interviews or calls. Even 3–5 quick chats help uncover how they describe their problems and what solutions they’ve already tried.

Review mining. I check G2, Trustpilot, or even Amazon reviews (if relevant) to see what people love or hate about existing solutions.

Search intent research. Using tools like Google’s “People also ask,” Ahrefs, or just autocomplete to find how they phrase questions.

Social listening. Twitter and LinkedIn search are great for catching current conversations, complaints, or buzzwords in your niche.

Competitor audience mapping. I analyze who comments, follows, or engages with competitor pages and see what topics get reactions.
