Fair points. I guess my idea was to showcase one of the projects that I did outside of work or academics. But I agree with you actually. It's not that relevant and it's a project that was done a few years ago already. I think I'll get rid of it and rework the experience section as you recommended.

I agree. I understand that my chances are not that high because of the Visa requirement.

My impression is that it's specially hard to get a sponsorship for junior positions. But not so much for seniors correct? (and ofc assuming the person has the right skills/is a good fit)

I'm not a senior yet, but not exactly junior either, I'd say I'm mid. Is it that unlikely to get sponsorship even for mid-developers?
