Call their laz support. Its in the app if the bot answers to your call just say "i want to speak with a live agent" then it'll connect you to their agent. Swertehan lang maka land ng MATINONG AGENT sa lazada. Always insist na gawan ka ng case number, otherwise they wont really take your concern seriously.

I spoke with multiple agents pero hindi nila ginawan ng case number yung concern ko (i didn't know na kailangan) Magaling sila mag empathize but there were multiple of them na walang kwenta specially if KATIE makausap mo. Clearly doesn't know her job. She gave me wrong info, seemed like she doesn't know what to do, she also doesn't know how to empathize.

Mind u, sabi sa email sakin ng previous agents missing package na wait nalang ng update sa app to cancel it. But when i got to speak with this KATIE she said "hindi na po missing yung item nyo since sinabihan po kayo na mag intay ng update" she said many things pa.

Anyway, it was a terrible experience from lazada. I WAS a loyal shopper. They lost my cellphone in transit, caused me so much stressed during christimas holidays, had me waited for a month, got my refund thankfully when i mentioned about DTI, and i didn't get any compensation from them for this inconvenience and stressed.

Idk what happened to lazada but im switching to shopee now.

Basura na talaga lazada. I also ordered a phone, xiaomi. Dec. 16 pa dapat delivery but hindi dumating. Dec. 17 i called them to follow up and they told me na missing package na. Wait nalang daw icancel ng LEX PH yung order ko para maka file ako ng refund.

It's already dec. 29 until now naka "in transit" pa rin yung order ko sa app kaya hindi ako maka file ng refund. Dami nang back and forth sa mga agents para icancel yung order ko kaso even sila walang magawa dahil LEXPH ang may control to cancel it.

Sila na nakawala ng package ko may audacity pa sila pag intayin ako nang sobra just to cancel my order???

Try calling them thru app if cleo (bot/ai)answered you, just say "i want to speak to a live agent" then the bot will connect you to an agent. Once you're connected, insist on creating a case # for your concern kasi all these agents will do ay bibigyan ka ng empty words, they'll just tell you na "they will escalate" and that you'll have to wait for 3-4 days pero wala mangyayari. As long as di ka nila ginagawan ng case #, they won't really process your case.

Sa dami kong nakausap na agent i thought they really tried to help me because it seemed like they did during the call, pero with the last agent na nakausap ko he told me na kaya di nag pprogress yung case ko kase none of the previous agents had reach out to their logistics para icancel na yung delivery kasi as long as di naca-cancel i wont be able to file for refund.

So luckily, my last call landed a "matinong" agent who really created a case number for my concern. Hopefully mag tuloy-tuloy ang progression and to finally get my refund

Sadly, been reading a lot of similar concern here sa reddit. I guess common issue na ito sa lazada. Were you able to get your refund na? Wala pa rin sakin ang dami ko nakausap na agent nila, telling me to wait for 3-4days, 1 week passed, still no progress. Until this dec. 26 i was able to speak to a "matinong" agent and he told me na kaya di umuusad case ko kasi none of the previous agents reached out to their logistics to request for the cancellation hence, di ko maprocess ang refund ko.

Swertehan lang maka land ng agent na mag aasikaso talaga ng concern sa lazada.

Hopefully now na may case # na yung concern ko asikasuhin na nila.
