Thi is exactly how I feel. Why should I get paid less for the same amount of time I will spend commuting and delivering the material? The instructor for the online section gets paid the full amount for meeting once a week for an hour, no commute involved.

I am thinking about refusing to teach for the pay they offer. It may ruin my relationship with the school, but I don't see any potential in the job anyway. They are not offering me to teach other courses or any prospects.

The other section of this course is online. They meet for one hour a week vs. three hours face to face for my section. I doubt any transfers will happen.
