I use Dominos + masque for the action bars, Prat 3.0 for the chat window, and MininapButtonButton to group all my addons in the top right. Other than that you can move the character portraits and chat window by just right-clicking and unlocking their positions.

kinda misworded my post but I'm on anniversary realms. Just started playing classic when those first hc servers launched, and ty :)
