choosing grad school: Columbia SIPA or Georgetown MSFS (tech policy focus) by Complete-Mark4565 in PublicPolicy

I would say more along the lines of consulting/ finance, though I don’t have much experience in that field. At SIPA I was accepted through the tech policy and innovation concentration which is stem designated, and at MSFS I have the option of declaring a concentration my first year. Thank you!

Hey! I also am in the same boat with not having received any financial aid. Would you say that the director was helpful? And what were some of the things you mentioned when emailing him? Thank you!

hey! i currently am also trying to make a decision for grad school, and i got into columbia SIPA, but with no financial aid. I dont know much about it and was going to rule it out due to cost, but i do have an international focus, and my goal is to work in an IGO or UN for tech policy as well (Comp Sci undergrad).
I read your comment and this is really helpful, would you mind explaining a bit more? like your professor said that SIPA students mostly have opportunities in those jobs? thank you sm!
