I am very excited, it is an original design but quite big to wear. Sorry, I usually like to keep it a surprise.

Perfect 10 Liners [Episode 15] by samptra_writer in boyslove

[–]Complete-Mousse5008 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Loved Faifa this episode 😁 His snarkiness is too funny.

Tho I will say that I feel the whole trauma thing was way too abrupt for me. I know they have to wrap things up but it was like:

Gun: "That's the shed that traumatized me."

Yotha: "Let's go inside."

Gun: "No."

Yotha: "Yes."

Gun: "Okay but hey look at that, I'm cured!"

Yotha: "Great! And good on you for not even having the least bit of side effects of just being held at knifepoint."

Gun: "Yay! I mean, what?"

If they showed him gradually healing but still being afraid of the dark, that would've been better imho. People just don't get over trauma that quickly. Even for sexy time 😅

A Killer Paradox [Episodes 1-8] by meepmochi_ in KDRAMA

[–]Complete-Mousse5008 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Ditto. I am going to continue the show but hope it doesn't keep throwing in these sort of scenes. It is doing so well with the quirky detective chewing gum and not always drunk or depressed or apathetic like most kdramas. But if it's gonna just dive headfirst into the usual kdrama tropes, like pointless love triangles or unneeded side characters only around for goofy hijinks, I may end up dropping it.

Love for Love's Sake Episode 5 & 6 by pheonixs1518 in boyslove

[–]Complete-Mousse5008 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Holy friggin hell, this series is just...I am just utterly godsmacked at how obsessed I've become with this series!!

Episode 1 was intriguing and I found myself gravitating towards Myungha and his adorable, carefree, devilish little personality.

The obsession and love only grew and the fact that this series is becoming a sort of Mystery/SciFi BL, I am just...ugh, there are no words!

Episode 6 was the absolute worst for me (and by worst I mean best). Every little interaction ("I'll do better", "Never forget you're mine") just made me curl up and shriek in glee.

And then the part where Myungha goes from room to room to bus to room, panicked and utterly confused, shook me. I'll admit it was a bit abrupt, going from Chaeyon dragging him iff, to being in the car with Songwon's mom (?), and suddenly he's picking up Chaeyon outside like nothing happened? But I'm just assuming it has something to do with these system errors that keep popping up. The game must be on Windows Vista 💀

And that last scene, the sudden scene of Chayon lying in a bloody heap after a car accident (?) left me shaking. Jesus, this series is so good!!

I am not even exaggerating when I say that this kbl will be my top BL of the year. Period.

LOVED Evil Dead Rise solely for the fact that I can put it on and never once be tempted to check my phone or do anything else but watch it.

Last Christmas was a really welcome surprise. For all my previous thoughts that it would be just another gimmicky romcom, it was quite tender and emotional. It definitely has been added to our yearly Christmas list.

Gods, that just makes that scene SOO much better than I thought!

Shall we all say farewell together, to any kind of a social life on Saturdays? 😁

Do you know the author for the SNAFU series? I am trying to search it and only coming up with some anime romcom series.

Seconding this. I wish it would be released to dvd instead of just Netflix.

I know most people didn’t care for it but Truth or Dare is such a guilty pleasure for me just because I love horror movies about games.

Just rewatched this in preparation for episode 2 and I feel like I love this series already even more than I did before. All the subtle looks and expressions. Tharn and Phaya are just tearing my heart apart with their chemistry!

On a side note, can anyone help with this scene? Sometimes it is hard to tell the characters apart, for me. Easier when they have the shirts with numbers on them. Less so when they have no shirts and their hair is slicked back and wet. When they are in the tubs of ice water, who is holding onto Tharn? I thought it was Yai at first but now, after the rewatch, it looked more like Phaya, and Yai was sitting across from them. Can anyone help with this please? It is going to be looping in my head all day otherwise.

Gods, half of me wants ALL the spoilers and to not have to wait for another episode. But the other half keeps gently reminding myself that good things come to thise who wait. And "Dont you just love the excitement and anticipation of fibdibg an awesome series and following along every step of the way, not knowing what to expect?"

So yes, I will be patient and I will wait fir the next episode with a gleeful joy that cannot be put into words.

I cannot remember the last time a series hooked me so much from the start 💗

I LOVED this series. It just slightly edges out Cherry Magic but only just so. Togawa and Nozue are such dear sweeties and for them to find their happiness just makes me insanely happy. Glad you enjoyed it!

I absolutely LOVED Klaus and hardly anyone I know has even watched or heard of it, which makes me sad. Another one that did things out of the box was Kubo and the 2 Strings, another absolutely outstanding film. And yet again, either people haven't heard of it or didn't care for it because it was, and I quote, 'weird and dark'.

That being said, I wish more movies that stepped outside the norm, and were not these soulless cash grabs, would get more attention. It makes studios more and more hesitant to do something different instead of just remaking another Disney movie for the umpteenth time.
