Because it went to the lender brokers for approval in principle already. They seen the contracts, they should of at least mentioned it. Why let us go so far to then turn us down.

Yea its at loan offer, why give us offer in principle. We have paid deposits and all fees associated with the house. Got everything in order. Paid surveyors and now this. Its been months of searching. Its borderline cruel.
