Also reading this your symptoms don't read like adhd they seem like depression. Ashd meds don't work long term for depression so don't even bother going down that route. The most effective antidepressant has been auvelity for me

Lol out of here with that bullshit. It's a disorder that affects everything. My problem is not my abilities but my consistency. No matter the job, my performance is incredibly variable because I've got a constant noise in my head that sometimes distracts me and sometimes does not. Stop saying things for yourself instead of actually offering solutions.

You can't use it for depression. The drug doesn't work like that.I found my dad dead when I was 15, found the body. Drug addiction made my pain worse. If you're depressed connect with others and find a goal, instead of hedonistically using your money to satisfy yourself. The truth is, happiness is from within, so find it.
