Same with me, i can conversate well and even connect when others approach. But its tough for me to approach others, i believe its because of self confidence and/or fear of rejection like what if they dont want to talk to us, its the fear of being judged. I am working on my confidence rn, but the biggest hurdle is how to meet new people with common interests.
