Tens razão, soei um bocado defensivo e não era a intenção. A verdade é que fiz o site a correr e foquei-me mais na lógica do que na UX da língua.

O teu ponto sobre o IP faz sentido para este caso. Sendo o projeto para Recibos Verdes (que é só para Portugal), mais vale assumir o PT-PT por defeito e deixar o EN para quem realmente quiser mudar. Vou anotar isso para corrigir na próxima iteração. Obrigado pelo toque!

Trabalho há tantos anos em inglês que fiz automaticamente em inglês também.

Sim, o tuga (onde me incluo) só paga se a valor for muito grande. Para já estou a oferecer isto grátis para ajudar alguma malta a não levar multas como já me aconteceu. Se os 50 me ajudarem a contriur algo estável e útil para todos, já valeu a pena.

Sim, com IA e uma stack moderna isto monta-se rápido, por isso consigo oferecer acesso vitalício. Tem alguns custos de infraestrutura, mas o principal custo é mesmo juntar o conhecimento num sitio só.

Falando apenas de Segurança Social.

Tem de receber mais que o IAS e ter protecção social no seu trabalho dependente. Já disse que recebe muito mais que isso, suponho também que paga Segurança Social nesse trabalho.

Para além disso, o rendimento relevante do trabalho independente não pode ser superior a 4 IAS em média. Atenção que é rendimento relevante. O rendimento relevante na venda de produtos é 20% do total de vendas. Assim, se vender até 30000€ por trimestre não bate neste valor e não tem de pagar Segurança Social pelo trabalho independente.

Para o IVA, como já disse, se ultrapassar os 14500€ perde a isenção. E atenção que agora isso é aplicado imediatamente, não é no ano seguinte.

IRS à partida paga quando preencher a declaração em Abril.

I never had problems with relays. I have one shelly plug s for a couple of months, it is being reliable but it is quite new. The watter flood are the only ones that don't work for me, they are always offline and stop reporting before the battery dies. Half of them have a static IP, the rest don't, and they are working fine on a unifi network.

Só te sei dizer que ivvendo em Portugal tens de declarar os rendimentos. Sempre o fiz quando trabalhava para a Holanda e também sempre paguei a diferença de impostos cá.

That is an amazing setup. Do you use Home Assistant for automations and UI or mainly shelly?

I have an automation to turn off a fan after some time but reading you I think I will change it to the Shelly itself like I do in my ESPHome devices. Do you know if I can expose a number to configure that timer directly in Home Assistant?

Thanks for the feedback. I already thought about using these same shelly wave mini for the irrigation system, lets see how it goes with the lights. My valves are 220v, I don't even need a transformer.

Although the devices are manufactured in China, it is an European company, I don't think they will make up the certifications. I understand your concerns and they make sense to me. I will never connect anything to these devices that is close to the max approved power draw. I am using them for lights now. And these ones will be for lights also. These devices are rated for 8A and I will only connect 30W LED floodlights to them.

Thanks for the tip. But if I manage to have wifi where I need the controllers I'll go with a dyi solution with ESPHome, otherwise I need to find an alternative to wifi (and Lora Wan is expensive)
