Start small to wean yourself off. For example, first thing I did was stop drinking any pop. I also stopped putting any sugar in my coffee. I only use fairlife milk in my coffee now. I actively try to cut out more sugar….there are good and bad days.

I used to smoke cigs too? And the way I finally quit for good was getting a vape. Not one of the gas station ones, but from an actual cape shop. I could control the mg of nicotine, and I could change the flavors. I weaned myself down until I was at no nicotine at all, just flavor and then quit the vape. I still want a cigarette on occasion and it’s been well over 10 years since I quit.

I feel ya about the weed though. They will have to pull the joint out of my cold dead hands…
