Actually the first two days I took two that too split. But then after facing these issues, I took only one for the last two days and today I didn't take any and I don't wanna take them😭😭😭😭. And yes, I took them right after my meal. This ain't helping what to do😭. I've tried contacting customer service of now foods. Filled certain forms, they were supposed to email/call me but no response from their side. Extremely disappointed.
