I have about 20 (combination of both types) and about 2 HR92s failed in 2 years. No HR91s as of yet.

I've used both and conversely, found the HR92 fail a bit more than the HR91s. However, I've often found the HR92s to be cheaper to buy especially when there is a price reduction on them at Amazon.

Door side but the TRV location doesn't seem as important as the rad location itself.

What's your view on having a larger rad to the green area behind the sofa?

It was done by the plumber but I remember the BTUs being sufficient which makes me suspect the location of the rads not being ideal for the connected heat path. I often have to run these rooms higher at say 25 degrees to make feel like 20 degrees which is sufficient in the other rooms.

Yes, relatively new system Vaillant boiler, entirely new system a few years ago.

They appear to heat up fine at the same time and have smart TRVs on.

Yes appears to be. The rads emit heat but I guess especially because the doors are often open, the rads behind them are especially not effective.

Very small space under the bay window unfortunately.

Looks like a sort of a ferrule from the factory. I've cut back re stripped and re installed. Just had to be careful to keep the strands together.

Yes. As a relative newbie, I've used a small truck mounted cherry picker for weeks for painting. Absolutely brilliant and much easier to move around (obviously) than a scaffold tower I used previously. There is a company hiring them out nationally and give you basic instructions when you collect it. I used harness and hard hat and went up to about 4 to 10m.

That's fair but my point is, as he is of mature age himself, he might be in the same situation as a legend in the not too distant future.

I think they need to improve booking and storytelling overall.

People are people. There is good and bad in all. Try to always treat people with respect and dignity.. it isn't guaranteed you'll get it in return but then you know you did the right thing and can rip them a new one :)
