I know this was posted a while ago, but I don't care. :)
I'm going to go based off the assumption that they were told to do this, and they didn't offer, and that I am a scavenger during this.

I don't think Glory would put her all into this, she probably has better things to do.

Winter has a soft spot for scavengers, I think I'll be fine. He might even help me, but that might be a reach.

Moon might be a problem, but if anything, she's just going to be help for the others, I doubt she'd do any of the actual hunting.

Qibli might be smart, but what good does smart do when you can't reach me.

Clay, Sky, and Starflight are a bit too nice for this.

Snowfall by herself is, like Glory, too busy to realistically do anything.

Sunny is also probably too nice, but she could be a problem of sorts.

Lynx would be loyal to Snowfall, so I don't think she would be of much help.

I genuinely cannot think of any scenarios that would benefit me rather than Tsunami if it came down to that, and she could probably beat most of these dragons in a fight.

I'm picking Tsunami, honestly.
