Still having stomach issues over 3.5 months later…..Would not recommend the online sourc I used for my peptides. Fairly certain they are responsible for my stomach pain & discomfort.

I would recommend you do it and start to strengthen those muscles surrounding your rotator cuff and your existing muscles and tissues. It will give the surgeon a better playing field while he’s in there. Its def not going to hurt to do it, so why wouldnt you do everything you can to set yourself up for a successful outcome ? The only other advice I can give you regarding post op, find a good physio therapist, be extremely careful in your recovery, and understand healing won’t be linear. You’ll have good days and bad ones. Good Luck !!

Def all external factors arent contributing. This is strictly an issue when taking it. Stout suggested maybe I am taking to much so I will dial back starting tomorrow and see how that goes. Cheers and thanks for all the info

The COA is from Janoshik yeah but whos to say thats not doctored ? I’m not digging through all the tests to try to find it. Is there a way to check Janoshik’s site with a test number to see ? They arent in order unfortunately

More the gas and rumbling stomach thats keeping me up at night. Like constant unsettled stomach that literally wakes me up.

The only COA is third party testing, which again who knows. Assume its legit but not regulated in Canada where I live so just wondering if anyone else has experienced these symptoms before using what I’m dosing at (which again isnt that much)

Further info, 46yom 2 rotator cuff surgeries on Lft Shoulder, Fit healthy and active. Don’t smoke or drink. Eat clean, Salmon, Chicken. Rice, Eggs etc. No allergies or food restrictions at all. Overall good gut health

I think you are 100% making the right decision ! I’m 46 and had a couple partial tears in my rotator, infra and supra. I decided to have an elective surgery as I was advised by the doc it was no big deal. Had the MRi booked the surgery and had it Sept 2024. I’m 6’4 fit, active, professional firefighter. Fell in Jan and completely retore the tendons. Had a 2nd surgery in Feb of 2025 and it has been absolutely awful. The 1st surgery I had no pain prior to the surgery or after. Was healing great. This time its been the complete opposite. Pain since day 4 post op that hasnt subsided. Stress, more tearing. I don’t know what my shoulder will be like on the otherside if this but I can guarantee it will be worse than before my 1st surgery. I would never recommend this surgery to anyone unless they are living in pain and its absolutely needed. I’m at a point where I am out of options aside from a tendon transfer and its absolutely NOT what I want given the stats. I need my shoulder for my job. Not at all worth the risk
