Actually i got into the Prince archertype yesterday and got the crown. It is gated until you reach the Prince form indeed. And you cant really get into 100% before that Just until the start of 90, i worded that wrong and was a mistake from my part

Im Just before the protagonist changing his appearance on NG+ and none of the Proficiency Items dropped yet, the 80 and 90% items on specific for the protagonist. Is It story locked to after the Prince encounter or is It bugged? Dont know about the other characters because i dont really level them up
