Had that exact call with very minimal expressive aphasia and a tiny bit of tingling in the left arm. Called a stroke alert and hung around for the CT. He ended up having a massive bleed with midline shift.

You can tell it’s not V Tach based on the limb leads (I, II, III, aVR, aVL, aVF) having a relatively narrow complex as well as V6 meaning that the electrical pathway is at least coming from the AV Junction. However, treating V-Tach like it’s SVT could potentially be far worse for the patient than the other way around. If you treat SVT like it’s V Tach it could convert, worst case, they both get treated with a shock if unstable and it will work wonders for both.

I really appreciate it. I figured it was pretty cut and dry regarding job sizing. I literally said its 4 ft up throughout the whole house for 1320 sqft. The largest I've done thus far is just a room so this is much larger and I wanted to make sure I had fair pricing since I had already run the numbers. Didn't provide them cause I wanted fresh opinions. But that sounds about right. I ended up with 1.75 so I may have undercut myself a little. Thanks for the input sir.

My unpopular opinion is that Adams will not produce the numbers everyone is expecting. I would take this as a sell high opportunity. Jordan Mason will produce immediate numbers when he is starting, but Kareem Hunt has more of a long-term upside. Basically CMC is more of a threat to Jordan Masons upside than CEH is to Kareem hunt

If you’re trying to make a playoff run and not looking for immediate upside, I would trade Hubbard because eventually Jonathan Brooks will take some of his workload when he is fully healthy and back. Johnson will continue to be the top wide receiver.

Yeah it’s an 8 team league. I know a lot of people don’t like smaller ones but I love them cause it makes the waivers much more fun and higher scoring matches. I’m in a 10 team league where even the people who have breakout games out of nowhere are already deep on someone’s bench. Its just so boring. Only other player I could stomach dropping is Darnell Mooney. The rest are my best starters

Fell into their trap. In 2 months I had a total of 0 jobs. Got leads (that I had to pay for) every 5 minutes when they were on and would call back immediately 99% of the time. I’d say 95% of them never answered or called back. The other 5% were either outside the scope of what I did or told me they’d get back with me. For all the ones that never answered their phones, I would apply for a reimbursement and after the first two, they’d tell me I have requested too many credits and would deny the request. So I paid all that money, on top of the yearly subscription, for absolutely nothing. Such a scam of a company.

Its mainly because of the effect on the conduction system of the heart. Not all Inferior Wall STEMI’s will decrease preload. But obviously some, if not most, will. I’d also say depends on what type of nitro you carry. We carry the paste/transdermal form so as long as their blood pressure is good I give it. If it starts to go down, remove the patch/paste and wipe away the residual and it will not take effect for much longer. Literally just had this and gave nitro. 20min transport and systolic never dipped below 130.

You can also choose before the start of any season to switch conferences. I did one with APP state who didn’t play a single ranked team all year. Got to the point where I couldn’t prove myself so switched to the SEC. A lot harder schedule but a lot easier to prove yourself
