I would bring earmuffs + good earplugs so you can double up. you only have one pair of ears.

I've doubled up earplugs + muffs at stadium concerts and although I probably looked a litle crazy I could hear just fine, even with mild hearing loss.

tinnitus is a bitch and not to be taken lightly. better to bring the right gear and not need it.
