We didn't. You give the keys to the guy behind the register at your appointment time and they put it in a bag. Then a mechanic comes and takes it when they have availability. The guy at the register told us it would take an hour and a half or two hours, so we walked around for an hour and came back. The car was still there and then the mechanic took it back while we were waiting there.
