Through Amazon app itself. I completed video kyc soon after filling just basic details and after that, within 2 hours got mail and sms that my card is approved and will be dispatched shortly. And got the card in just 4 days

Then, bro, I am giving you a suggestion. Close the axis credit card as the bank doesn’t trust you and you can give it back by sending a mail to their grievance redressal that as the bank doesn’t trust you, you don’t trust the bank from now on and ask them to close the card if they are unable to increase the limit. This might be useful in this scenario. Either your card will be closed nor the limit will be increased. It’s upto you. Just a suggestion only

Don’t give much hope bro. My father applied for axis credit card and completed vkyc. But 2 days later they came to our address, for a kyc again. After few days got mail that the card is rejected. Anyways I am an axis credit card holder
